My License Is Suspended/Revoked For a Health Reason
Sometimes, your license can be suspended or revoked because a health care provider believes that it is unsafe for you to drive because of physical or psychological health issues. If the DOR has suspended your license for this reason, you have very little time to act. The DOR will send you a letter outlining the reason and length of the suspension, and you only have 15 days to request a hearing to appeal their decision.
You must act immediately if this is the case. You should contact our office right away if you have received notice of this type of suspension/revocation
